Junior Golf America Membership Rules, Disclaimers & Privacy Policy

Membership Fees-   Ages 8-11  $100     Ages 12-19  $150   Players Club Upgrade $25.00

PLEASE NOTE: BOYS ages 8-11 play 9-holes; BOYS ages 12-19 play 18-holes! 
GIRLS ages 8-11 play 9-holes; GIRLS ages 12-19 play 18-holes!

Membership must be renewed for each year of participation

Players must be a member to participate in tournaments. Non member tournaments will be designated on website.

Golf courses are guaranteed a certain amount of players. This guarantee is based on the amount of players per tournament. Please be sure you can participate in a tournament before you sign up.  Once you have paid for a tournament, no refunds will be issued.  Membership fees are not refundable.

Players must participate in a minimum of 3 events to be eligible to play in the year end Championship.

***This year we cannot refund any money once you have entered a tournament***

Players must break 100 under tournament conditions. A player will recieve a warning if he or she exceeds the 100 mark. If a player continues to fail to break 100, play will be suspended until the skills are aquired to break 100 in tournament conditions. Proper assesment of a players abilities is essential for this division to be successful. There will be no refunds for memberships or tournaments if a player becomes ineligible.

More important information:

  • All persons attending tournaments (spectators and players) must wear proper golf attire. NO JEAN PANTS OR SHORTS FOR MEN OR WOMEN. Younger children must be dressed in golf attire as well.
  • Golf carts will NOT be made available to any spectator under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Must sign up bt the cutoff date of the tournament.
  • 85-100 participants only.
  • No refunds once you sign up.
  • Rain outs will be rescheduled. If you cannot make the new  date Junior Golf America will provide a credit for future tournaments.
  • The original age you sign up with for your first tournament will remain in affect the full year. Midyear age reclassifications may occur only if requested, in writing, to Junior Golf America. 

ELIGIBILITY:
We recommend a player is able to have golf skills in all areas of the golf game. This program is designed for the development of the player who has skills and is looking to start playing tournament golf or improve on his tournament abilities.

CONDUCT:
Junior Golf America will not tolerate behavior unbecoming to Junior Golf. Profanity, club throwing, etc. will lead to immediate disqualification.

MISPLACED EQUIPMENT:
Junior Golf America and each Golf Course and their staff will not be held responsible for misplaced or stolen clubs.

AGE GROUPS:

Girls 8-11, Girls 12-14, Girls 15-19
Boys 8-9, Boys 10-11, Boys 12-13, Boys 14-15, Boys 16-19, 

All tournament forms and payments must be submitted by the cutoff date to any tournament in order to participate in that tournament.

In order to provide you with the best possible service it may be necessary for us to store information about you. However, we only collect information that you choose to provide us. This information includes but is not limited to your name, address, birth date, e-mail address, phone number and tournament play statistics.

We reserve the right to take photographs of members at our events for publicity and marketing use.

Sharing Information with Other Companies

In order to provide the products and services which you may desire or to provide you with information about the products and services that Junior Golf America offers, we may share certain information about you with affiliate companies.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not rent or sell our client list or mailing list to third parties.

Removal from Junior Golf America Solicitations

If you are not a Junior Golf America customer and you are on our mailing list or if you do not want information about the products and services Junior Golf America can provide, you may want to discontinue receiving mail, e-mail or other solicitations. We respect your wishes and will remove you from our lists. Please send your name, email address, mailing address and phone number to Junior Golf America. Please specify that you want to be removed from mail, e-mail or telephone solicitation.

In the event you are removed from our lists, we still need to communicate with customers on a regular basis to notify them of service issues, or other items that may affect their relationship with Junior Golf America.
